Nikhil brings a passion for helping brands make meaningful connections in the complex digital world. He has a healthy curiosity, never afraid to dig beneath the surface of a problem and challenge the status quo. This coupled with an innate understanding of people and cultures, allow him to bring a unique perspective to every assignment. After nearly two decades at Ammirati Puris Lintas (in India and UK) and Ogilvy & Mather (New York), Nikhil left Ogilvy in 2008 seeking more entrepreneurial pastures. He has since spent time consulting with various start-ups including a stint at Neo@Ogilvy.

Dave Technology, Mobile & Infrastructure

David is one of those rare breed of people who has worked on the client and agency sides, as well as run his own company. He honed his technical skills at the foremost digital agencies including Ogilvy Interactive and Razorfish. Most recently, he held senior management positions at Polo Ralph Lauren, Makeover Solutions and FILA. When it comes to understanding product development and enterprise IT infrastructure he is the real deal. David also serves on the board of skillshare.com, and is co-founder of loveyourlayover.com.

Chuck Software Development

Chuck loves to solve puzzles. Whether its writing a piece software or the Rubik’s cube, he enjoys tackling the problem and coming up with an elegant solution. His love for computers started on the Commodore PET in 1982 and he has been programming ever since.
Chuck built his first web page in 1994 when he discovered NCSA Mosaic browser while attending Tufts University. As a long time technologist, Chuck has authored over 60 articles for PC Magazine. He’s also worked in the finance industry at D.E. Shaw & Co and Goldman Sachs.
Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University and Masters of Business Administration from William Paterson University.

Alex Back-end Architecture

In 2001, Alex cut his teeth in online application development working for emerging businesses in the Southwest. Three years later he entered the Digital Agency space, holding positions at Tribal DDB Dallas, The Buddy Group, Razorfish, and Emerge Partners in Dallas, Orange County, and Manhattan. At these agencies, Alex served as lead developer for some of the world’s most well-known entities, including Pepsi, the US Air Force, Nokia, Frito Lay, Reebok, NBC Universal, Ford, EMC, and Ralph Lauren. He is a seasoned technology strategist, solution architect, and developer.

Aidrian Presentation Layer Architecture

With knowledge in both technology and creative stacks, Aidrian is a master of interface implementation. Over a fifteen year career he has held positions from developer to designer, working for companies like Razorfish, 800.com, and ReadyAbout Interactive. He has implemented ground-breaking interfaces for global brands like Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Ford Motors, Travel Channel and State Farm. With hands-on experience across the three pillars of user interface: design, U/X, and technology implementation, Aidrian has a holistic understanding of UI that few people can claim.

Erik Creative & Design

Erik brings more than 15 years of experience to Urban Pixels. Having worked in both client and agency settings he has a unique view from both sides of the business. Working at global clients like TaylorMade – adidas Golf and Fila also interactive agencies like digitaria, red door interactive and dna studio, he lead creative teams to several successful online marketing campaigns.
